Student Right-To-Know and Campus Security Act
Public Law 101-542, The Student Right-To-Know and Campus Security Act as amended by Pub.L. 102-26, the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1991.
Title I: The Student Right-To-Know Act, Section 103 of Title I of the Act requires institutions to produce and make readily available to current students, and to each prospective student enrolling or entering into any financial obligation, the completion or graduation rate of certificate or degree-seeking, full-time undergraduate students entering that institution.
